All classes are set in an idilic private country estate, predominantly in an outdoor setting. Our small, individually tailored classes are designed to create a space where women can feel safe, fulfil fitness goals, promote health, mindfulness and boost self confidence.

With over 12 years experience in a range of different fitness training, I aim to give women more individual attention by reducing class sizes and working on correct lifting techniques promoting correct form which will reduce risks of injuries and thus promoting a higher level of results. I have a vast amount of equipment to facilitate my teaching and will also ensure a variety in the sessions. Click here to for directions.

Book For The Term

Book for the whole Term and Save. Select either 1 class, 2 or 3 classes per week for the duration of the term. Booking for the term ensures your place in the classes you love and to help keep you motivated and staying on track to achieve your fitness and health goals!
