Single 1 To 1 Session Voucher – includes free consultation, 1 hour personal training session and nutritional advice

Single 1 To 1 Session Voucher & Bespoke 4 week Programming  – includes free consultation, 1 hour personal training session and nutritional advice and 4 week workout program.

Bronze Sword Package Voucher – includes free consultation, 4 one hour personal training sessions to be used over a month period, nutritional advice, progression monitoring and assessment and 24/7 support.

Silver Arrow Package Voucher – includes free consultation, 8 one hour personal training sessions to be used over a 2 month period, nutritional advice, progression monitoring and assessment, 24/7 support and individually tailored programme adaptations.

Gold Shield Package Voucher – includes free consultation, 12 one hour personal training sessions to be used over a 3 month period, nutritional advice, progression monitoring and assessment, 24/7 support and individually tailored programme adaptations.
