Warrior Workout

Designed to be the ultimate full body workout designed for women; Warrior Workout combines Strength training, High intensity interval training and core strength and stability within one session. Making it a time efficient way to effectively train as a women. Focused on improving the way you move and safe lifting technique with effective cardio to pave the way for improved bone density, increased muscle mass and fat loss. Nadia is driven to constantly improve her knowledge of the female body throughout the stages of life to deliver superior fitness classes in a small, safe dynamic. Classes are limited to only 8 spaces to ensure individual care and attention to each lady.

Warrior Cardio

Unleash your inner Warrior and take your fitness routine to the next level with Warrior Cardio!

Warrior Cardio is a 45 minutes fast paced high intensity class to get your heart rate up and get you sweating in a productive way for a women. A exciting combination of plyometrics, battle ropes, boxing, tyres, weighted bags, kettlebells, sprint drills, hill sprints and so much more. Classes have been designed so each lady can take the class at their own fitness level and progress at their own pace. A small class dynamic makes Warrior Cardio accessible to all levels of fitness, as Nadia is able to give each individual client a better level of instruction and care.

Warrior Strength

Muscle is the foundation of your body, determining how fast you run, how easily you can carry everyday objects and how strong and able you are doing everyday tasks, but unfortunately it is very easy to lose, especially when transitioning through hormones stages as a women.

Warrior Strength is designed to combat against muscle loss and decreased bone density through resistance training, to help you live a more mobile, stronger life. Strength training and the benefits are finally being brought to everyones attention through the media and how it is an absolute necessity to women. Recent studies have shown women who lift heavy weights regularly, have improved posture and stability, stronger bones, better blood pressure and fewer sick days. But lots of ladies find that in a still predominately male environment, a gym can feel daunting and intimidating, even to the most seasoned female gym goer let alone a lady wishing to embark on a new fitness journey.

Warrior Strength Class is a full body targeted weight training class designed to help build strength and improve body composition through good lifting form. Learn to move well in a 1 hour class solely focused on different forms of resistant training, using resistance bands, bodyweight, dumbbells and barbells. With a wide range of weights available, each client can take the class at their own fitness level and progress at their own pace. A small class dynamic makes Warrior Strength accessible to all levels of fitness, as Nadia is able to give each individual client a better level of instruction and care. Classes are currently running only twice a week and are limited to 8 places available.

Boxercise

Boxercise

Boxercise is an exercise concept based on the training methods used by boxers. Sessions typically involve hitting focus pads but no class involves hitting an opponent. It is a fun, social, challenging and safe workout which is great for stress busting and scorching calories! Will Boxercise be your exercise soul food?
