I couldn’t recommend Warrior Bootcamp with Nadia more highly!
After 2 months I have lost half a stone! Nadia is supportive and encouraging and gives brilliant nutritional advice and helpful tips and fun challenges. Nadia’s workouts are so much fun – I had never enjoyed exercise before now but I really look forward to every bootcamp session! my only hesitation in writing this glowing review is that selfishly I don’t want all the next bootcamp places to fill up before I’ve booked mine!
Bootcamp ended up being about so much more than getting fit. We did get fit, we lost weight and we got strong (and got very good at side planks) but we also had a heap of fun, a lot of laughter, great chat and I would even say nurtured our sweaty souls.
Nadia’s unwavering support and inspiration was a daily gift. Outside of our workouts, we were provided with ideas for healthy eating, core strength and general home workouts and moral support from fellow boot campers. If you are thinking about doing a bootcamp (or anything else Nadia is running), I can’t recommend highly enough!
