When I began my fitness journey 14 years ago, I vividly remember walking into a gym for the first time and feeling completely out of my depth. Surrounded by a space that felt intimidating and overwhelmingly male-dominated, I had never felt so unsure of myself—or so clueless about where to begin.
Over the years, that feeling changed. Through my own health and fitness journey, I’ve trained and worked in a wide range of specialist gyms and experienced many different training styles, including powerlifting, bodybuilding, boxing, and aerobic classes. These experiences gave me not only a wealth of knowledge, but also first-hand insight into the powerful results that consistent, supportive training can achieve.
They also fuelled my passion to keep learning. I gained my qualifications and continue to expand my knowledge through regular courses, staying up to date as female fitness, health, and exercise evolve. All of this led me to one clear purpose: to help other women—especially those who have had negative or intimidating gym experiences, or who simply don’t know where to start—feel supported, confident, and capable in a safe and welcoming environment.
I wanted to create something empowering that’s just for women. As a mother of two young children myself, I understand how easy it is to put everyone else first and forget about our own wellbeing. My classes are a space where women can reconnect with themselves, build strength inside and out, and feel proud of what their bodies can do—without judgment, pressure, or comparison.

Amazonian Health and Fitness was created as a women-only training space, designed to be a safe, welcoming, and unintimidating environment where women can begin their fitness journey—or simply enjoy training in a supportive, women-only class setting.

I offer small, intimate classes suitable for women of all abilities, from complete beginners to intermediate level. Each session is adapted to the individual, ensuring every woman feels supported, challenged appropriately, and confident in her own progress, regardless of experience.

I’ve spoken to so many women who want to get fitter, improve their health, and feel fabulous—but who’ve been put off by intimidating gym environments, or who feel that standard fitness classes simply don’t give them the guidance, skills, or support they need to truly reach their goals.

My aim is to help you achieve whatever goal you have, safely and confidently, starting exactly where you are right now.

No pressure. No judgment. Just a supportive space where women lift each other up and grow stronger together.
