I felt a little apprehensive when I started attending classes, having never done a Warrior Workout class before. However, I really shouldn’t have worried!

Nadia is an incredibly supportive, encouraging and inclusive trainer. She is able to recognise each individual’s abilities and pushes everybody, personally, in a really constructive way, adapting classes throughout to suit the needs of all. Even after the longest day of work, her classes are enjoyable; and I regularly leave exhausted but feeling on cloud nine!

I have noticed an improvement in my fitness levels since starting Warrior Workout, and am enjoying seeing the physical changes in my body.

Wow, where do I start? Nadia is incredibly supportive, encouraging, fun & professional.

I’ve been going to Nadia’s classes (including 1 Bootcamp) for almost 2 years now. I was admittedly quite apprehensive on joining; approaching 40, two children, not having done and proper exercise for such a long time (I didn’t even own a pair of trainers!)

Nadia is quite frankly wonderful – she tailors to all (including me now 34 weeks pregnant), pushes individuals goals – yet class groups are small, friendly – and really fun! I wouldn’t exercise like this on my own. I feel so much better and stronger since starting. Nadia’s Warrior classes have completely changed my life and the way I think about myself.
